Number 2 Pet Services is Jeff Perry’s dog waste pickup service for Greater Oklahoma City.
When you sign in with Google or Apple, Number 2 receives your provider account identifier and the name and email that the provider shares. We do not receive your Google or Apple password. We use this information to identify your account across the website and iPhone app.
Your profile can include your name, phone number, service address, dog information and service preference. We also store pickup requests, scheduling details and messages you exchange with Jeff.
Email/password accounts store a salted password hash, never your plaintext password. Verification and reset links expire after 30 minutes. Jeff can invite a manual client to connect their sign-in to an existing record; invitation links expire after seven days. When enabled, Gmail delivers account emails and Twilio delivers consented text invitations, using the email or phone number required for delivery.
Account information supports sign-in, scheduling and communication about your service. Your profile, pickup requests and messages are accessible to you and the service owner, Jeff. Microsoft Azure hosts the app and stores its records. Google or Apple processes sign-in under its own privacy policy. Account data is not used for advertising or sold by this app.
The website uses a secure session cookie; the iPhone app stores its session in the device Keychain. Records remain in your account until you delete them or request assistance. Clients can delete their account, profile, pickup and message records from Account. Provider-held information is managed through your Google or Apple account. The optional local preview stores demonstration data on your device.
This version does not collect credit card information or process payments. Choosing a service preference does not create a charge or subscription.
